SYSTEM STATUS. As of 12-18-07 the H.F. configuration seems to be this:  

Washington State EOC, Camp Murray, there is a PK-232 on 3595 (center frequency) W7EMD, and a PK-88 on 145.01, W7EMD, direct to the screen and a printer and W7EMD-4, a mail drop. In an emergency or SET, use the gateway to send messages to W7EMD and personnel will take them off of the printer directly. When the 3985 voice station is in use, 3595 goes off the air as the antenna is shared.

W7EMD-5 Gateway is located off site with a VHF link to W7EMD-4. The frequency for this station is 3595 (center) operating PACTOR 1 only. It is up 24/7. The link the mailbox at W7EMD-4 is unmanned unless personnel is on duty in the RACES office at Camp Murray.

Yakima DEM, W7EOC, Sysop is Mark, KB7HDX, PK-900 on 3624 and 144.93 at EOC. Off the air during 3985 activity at DEM. Also KB7HDX home station on 3624. 

Clark Co. EOC is W7AIA on H.F. with a gateway, W7AIA mail drop cross connects to the V.H.F. PACKET
